Coverage and Production are remotely handled in Paris, and then streamed on the Live portal:

The event is broadcast live from the GEORACING production studio located in Levallois, close suburb of Paris. The programme is broadcast via broadband IP streaming to the event big screens and TV networks, while narrowband feeds the live portal provided for each event. So it is a full tracking service (trackers + 2D tracking) requiring only one person on site to manage the logistics of the trackers during the event. It is the production team in Paris who transmits the 3D video signal to any location in the world relying on Trimaran’s webcast capacity.

This is an offer that proposes coverage and broadcasting of the “televised” event, without cameras. The programme can be further enhanced with optional audio commentary by specialised journalists.

On-site production:

The event is produced live by a GEORACING team, well-equipped with the necessary technical resources on site, notably an itinerant video station. The GEORACING team will liaise directly with local video producers and directors in order to integrate the 3D images and statistics that are to enhance the traditional video production. The event organiser is responsible for the big screen, TV network, television and Internet transmissions. This complete service requires that one person monitor the tracking logistics and an additional two or three people handle the 3D images thanks to one or two GEOBOXes on hand.

GeoBox sales/rentals :

The event organiser may rent or buy a Geobox in order to present the visualisation of an event by his own means. This is a bundled product in the form of a rack workstation and fully pre-configured software. The first commercial version is available for SAILING. Other versions are under development.
